THE WHOLE TRUTH
The Whole Truth is a mission-driven D2C brand dedicated to "re-building the world's trust in its food" through 100% Clean Label products. They seek a UI/UX Intern to enhance their mobile website experience.
The task was to perform a high-level Usability and Heuristic Audit of the current mobile e-commerce website experience to identify key friction points and opportunities for improvement in the user journey.
The Challenge
The focus was on identifying issues that hinder the user's ability to browse and purchase, compromise the brand's core value of trust and transparency, and cause unnecessary user confusion or cognitive load.
Goal(s)
The goal was to deliver an actionable, prioritized roadmap of recommendations. By assessing each finding for its Severity (S) and Ease-to-Fix (E), the final output categorized issues into High, Medium, and Low priorities.
